Harsh Binani is an Indian entrepreneur and co-founder for Smartworks India's biggest Managed Space provider. Harsh Binani started with a small business but always believed in his ability to reach the heights of success.

Harsh is an alumni of Northwestern University -Kellogg School of Management, Illinois with an MBA degree in study of entrepreneurial issues, and an Economics graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.


He also has an CFP (Centre for Financial Planning) designation in managing risk, investment, and retirement planning.


Harsh Binani began his career by pursuing the opportunities he was offered to gain experience for his greater plans. With more than 7 years' experience in both management and real estate consulting, he's previously worked for "Mckinsey" the most prestigious consulting firm in the world in Chicago.


During his time at Mckinsey He was primarily involved in tactics and operational subjects in the areas of infrastructure, insurance, and healthcare.


Additionally, he was the Chief of Staff for Medanta Medicity, spearheading key strategic initiatives for the CEO.


Harsh Binani was introduced to the latest workspaces in his time abroad, which made clear to him his future plans.


He decided to join Neetish Sarda, a man who was in the process of brewing with enthusiasm for his latest company, Smartworks.


Harsh Binani came to Smartworks in 2017 and brought in more enthusiasm, new ideas and unbeatable people skills to the team.


In the wake of the collaboration between Harsh Binani along with Neetish Sarda, Smartworks saw exponential growth that paved the way for more innovative ways to make the workplaces more enjoyable experience.


Initially Smartworks was initially conceived as a co working space, however Harsh Binani and Neetish Sarda soon found it the market was overcrowded and that there was no innovation in terms of offerings and technology or in terms of the target audience.


After narrowing it down to clients, they decided to serve Harsh Binani but decided to break into the large enterprises, which was a task in itself.
